Reservations Policy
Reservations at The Bugis
To avoid disappointment, we recommend that reservations be made, although we do have a limited number of tables for walk-ins on a “first come, first served” basis.
Reservations are accepted directly by phone and OpenTable.com.
Your credit card will be required to confirm reservation of at least 5 people. Regrettably, to avoid “no-shows”, if you don’t arrive for your booking without letting us know 48 hours in advance, a £25 fee per person will be charged.
Given the limited seating available, we will only hold your reservation for fifteen minutes from the reserved time. We only seat complete parties (i.e. no waiting at the table).
Multiple bookings for the same party will not be honoured.
Our standard discretionary service charge is 12.5% and this is automatically added to all bills. All reservations of five or more will be subject to a mandatory service charge of 12.5%. All gratuities are managed by a Troncmaster and are distributed to the staff.

We do not have a dress code.
Do you have a children’s menu?
We do not have a children’s menu but some of our dishes are easily adapted to children’s tastes and portions.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options?
We have vegetarian options available. We can advise separately on gluten-free options.
Do you accommodate allergies?
All our dishes are prepared in our one main kitchen, where a variety of ingredients are used (including nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten). Although we follow the strictest hygiene practices to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish to be totally free from allergens. Are any of your dishes Halal or Kosher?
Our dishes are not Halal or Kosher.
What is the largest table size you can accommodate?
The largest table size we can accommodate is 10 guests in the restaurant. Larger tables may be accommodated by special request.
