Trengganu Street cocktail forms its inspiration from the lively and colourful street in Chinatown and was once known as the ‘Piccadilly’ of Chinese Singapore, as it was home to Chinese theatres and shops selling household goods and cooked food. The cocktail is a flavour sensation and features JW Black whiskey, Lemon Juice, Yuzu Juice, Sichuan peppercorns and miraculous foamer finish.
Koon Seng Road cocktail is named after the road that features the Peranken Houses, famed for the pastel hues. Once used for coconut plantations, the land was eventually developed as more Peranken merchants moved into the Joo Chiat area in the early 20th century. The bright and fresh cocktail is homage to plantation heritage of Koon Seng Road and features Santiago white rum, curry leaf infused coconut milk, coconut syrup, mandarin juice, Monin green tea, fresh lime juice and finished with soda water.
