Perfecting Our Signature Satay

An Interactive Table-Top Grilling Experience

Embrace your inner chef and savour our signature chicken satay skewers, served with a rich, house-made peanut sauce. We provide a unique table-top stove, allowing you to keep your skewers perfectly heated throughout your meal. This gentle warming process locks in the vibrant flavours of our traditional marinade, featuring cumin, coriander, garlic, and onion.

This interactive approach brings the lively spirit of Singaporean street food directly to your table. You can turn the skewers as often as you like, ensuring every tender bite is enjoyed at its absolute best.

Celebrating the Flavours of the Far East

The Bugis and Bailey’s Bar have been beautifully relaunched, offering authentic Singaporean, Malaysian, and Chinese dishes crafted from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Our name pays homage to the vibrant Bugis district in Singapore, an area globally renowned for its extraordinary street food culture and bold culinary flair.

Following a comprehensive renovation, the restaurant now boasts a sumptuous, modern interior alongside the upscale Bailey’s Bar. Here, our expert mixologists have curated a brand-new cocktail menu inspired by Lord Bailey’s historic travels through the Far East. Each bespoke creation is named after iconic Singaporean streets, taking guests on a sensory journey across the island.

OUR SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

OUR SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

Sip Your Way Through Singapore’s History

Our Trengganu Street cocktail draws inspiration from the vibrant heart of Chinatown, historically known as the ‘Piccadilly of Chinese Singapore’. Once bustling with theatres and street-food hawkers, this heritage is reflected in a sensational blend of premium whisky, fresh lemon, yuzu juice, and Sichuan peppercorns, topped with an elegant foamer finish.

The Koon Seng Road cocktail is named after the iconic pastel-hued Peranakan houses of Joo Chiat. Paying homage to the area’s early twentieth-century coconut plantations, this bright, refreshing drink combines white rum with curry leaf-infused coconut milk, mandarin juice, green tea, and fresh lime, elegantly lengthened with soda water.

Time-Honoured Techniques and Seasonal Ingredients

The Orchard Road cocktail captures the glamour of Singapore’s premium shopping district. This show-stopping creation features blue pea-infused gin, lychee juice, lemon, and orange bitters, all topped with delicate rose Champagne. For traditionalists, our bar menu also expertly executes beloved classics like the Negroni, Margarita, and Espresso Martini.

Our culinary approach centres on social dining, featuring an exquisite selection of small and sharing plates. Deeply rooted in the hawker heritage of the Malay Peninsula, our menu brings together authentic Chinese, Malay, and Indian family recipes. Passed down through generations, these dishes are meticulously prepared using time-honoured techniques and the finest locally sourced ingredients.
